  2. Entry period. The Gummy Giveaway opens on 2 November 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 31 December 2026. Only entries received in this period go into this draw.
  3. Eligibility. Open to residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families can't enter.
  4. How to enter. Enter your first name and a valid email address in the Gummy Giveaway sign-up form on elitemotiv.com during the entry period. No purchase is necessary, and buying something doesn't improve your chances.
  5. One entry each. Each person can enter once. Extra entries from the same person or email address, entries made with false details, and entries made by automated means will be removed.
  6. The prize. One winner receives 12 one-month pouches of Elite Motiv gummies (Creatine Gummies, Sleep Gummies, or a mix of both), in flavours chosen by the winner from those in stock. Total prize value is $708 (AUD), based on our full price of $59 per pouch including GST. The prize ships free to an address in Australia or New Zealand, in up to four deliveries over 12 months as agreed with the winner.
  7. The draw. The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries at 10am AEDT on 5 January 2027 at the Promoter's office in Sydney NSW.
  8. Telling the winner. We'll email the winner within two business days of the draw. The winner's first name and state or region will be published on this page by 12 January 2027.
  9. Claiming the prize. The winner needs to reply to our email within 14 days of the draw with their delivery address and product choices. If the prize isn't claimed by then, we'll redraw at 10am AEDT on 21 January 2027 at the same place, and email that winner within two business days.
  10. No swaps. The prize can't be transferred or exchanged for cash. If a product becomes unavailable, we'll substitute an Elite Motiv product of equal or greater value.
  11. Using the product. Our gummies are food supplements. Supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Follow the directions for use on the pack.
  12. Your details. We use the details you give us to run the giveaway and, as the sign-up form says, to email you Elite Motiv news and offers, including your 10% off code. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. See our privacy policy.
  13. If something goes wrong. If the giveaway can't run as planned because of something outside our reasonable control, we may change, pause or end it, subject to any directions from a regulator.
  14. Your rights. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

Winner: to be announced by 12 January 2027.
