Change of Preference
Should you discover that a purchased product does not meet your taste/texture preferences or triggers an adverse reaction, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. You will need to return the product at your own expense within 14 days of receipt.

Once we receive the returned product at our warehouse, we will process a refund or facilitate an exchange for another product.

Our products are formulated based on internal specifications and manufactured through certified third-party partners. While we stand behind the quality and formulation of all products, individual responses to supplements can vary.
Refunds related to perceived product efficacy (e.g. fitness results, ingredient effectiveness, or subjective outcomes) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Where applicable, we may request batch information or order confirmation to ensure an appropriate and fair resolution.
Defective or Faulty Merchandise
We sincerely apologise if you’ve received a faulty or damaged item. Our products come with a 14-day guarantee. Please retain the item and contact us via www.elitemotiv.com/pages/contact-us, selecting “Faulty or Damaged Product” from the dropdown menu. Please describe the issue and attach a photo if possible.
We will provide instructions for returning the item and supply a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost. Faulty items will be replaced with the same product, or you may opt for a refund.

Packaging is rigorously tested for durability. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for products clearly tampered with or removed from original packaging.

Product shelf life and storage guidance are based on original sealed packaging. We do not accept returns for items transferred into alternate containers (e.g. Tupperware).

Refunds will be processed within 72 hours of return receipt (or within 24 hours if no return is required). Please allow 48 hours for bank processing. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
